If a file is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be downloaded, email florenceandfranklin@gmail.com so we can put the problem right. Our digital artwork is supplied immediately after successful payment. Where you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that this affects your cancellation right, the usual 14-day cancellation right for that digital content may no longer apply once supply begins. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
