Will anything be posted to me?

No. Ernie's House sells digital artwork. Your file is made available after payment, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times.

What size are the prints?

The launch collection is supplied for A4 printing: 210 × 297 mm.

How do I receive my print?

After successful payment, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page where secure download buttons are provided for the artwork in your order.

Can I print it more than once?

Your purchase is intended for personal use. Commercial redistribution or resale of the digital file is not included.

What if I have a problem with my download?

Email florenceandfranklin@gmail.com and include the email address used at checkout plus the name of the print. We’ll help you get your artwork.
